Scarlet Ribbons - Erika and Kyo

[Vilkas]

[Erika]

Jade sat on her bed, listening tp punk rock music. Thinking about random stuff, she didn't hear her parents downstairs.

[Vilkas]

Jade's mother knocked on her door and called out "Honey? Your present is here!"

[Erika]

Jade looked at her mother, and cocked an eyebrow. "Really?" She sighed. "Fine." Going to her door, she looked at her mother. "It better not be lame like last time." She warned.

[Vilkas]

Jade's mother sighed sadly. Yuan waited on the couch with Jade's father.

[Erika]

((understood))

Jade rolled her eyes, and made her way downstairs. Going into the living room, she saw her dad on the couch, and a strange boy next to him.

[Vilkas]

Jade's father got up and said "Jade, this is your present from us," he tugged a leash attached to a collar on the boy to force him to stand "This is Yuan, from Scarlet Ribbons Inc. Does he please you darling?"

[Erika]

Jade lookead at Yuan, and smiled. Seeing the collar, and leash, she gasped. "Take that off him." She said, going towards Yuan, to take it off. "It pleases me, thank you father." She said. Placing her hand on the collar, to remove it, she looked into Yuan's eyes.

[Vilkas]

Yuan watched as 'Jade', as he was told she was, removed his collar. He stayed as still as possible and didn't break eye contact.

[Erika]

After removing the collar from him, she continued to look into his eyes. "You're safe with me." She told him. "My name is Jade." Smiling, she took a step back, careful not to break eye contact with him. "We belong to each other. I am not owner, and you are not servant."

[Vilkas]

Yuan replied, keeping Jade under his intense gaze "as you say Miss Jade"

[Erika]

Jade blinked, and nodded. Crossing her arms infront of her, she looked at her mother. "Thank you for the present." Looking back at Yuan, she blushed. Extending her hand, she smiled, and asked, "Do you want to come sleep in my room?"

[Vilkas]

"If that is what you desire" Yuan replied as he accepted Jade's hand.

[Erika]

Jade nodded, and lead him upstairs to her room. The punk rock music still playing from her iPod, she looked at him. "Welcome home."

[Vilkas]

"Home..." Yuan echoed, as though it were a foreign concept.

[Erika]

Jade frowned, and sighed. "You don't know what home is? Do you?" She asked. Pulling him inside of her room, she locked the door, and looked into his eyes.

[Vilkas]

Yuan shook his head. "I know servitude"

[Erika]

Jade sighed. "You are not a servant. You are friend." She said. "It's wrong to own people."

[Vilkas]

"I know servitude. Nothing else," Yuan repeated "I play to others desires"

[Erika]

Jade rolled her eyes, and sat on her bed. Looking at the floor, she whispered. "Then in a sense you own me."

[Vilkas]

Yuan raised a brow at Jade.

[Erika]

Jade continued to look at the floor. "If I am to own you, then you own me." She said.

[Vilkas]

"That... makes no sense"

[Erika]

Jade looked up at him. "We own each other. We belong to each other. Neither one of us are master, or servant. We are both roles at once." She blinked, and then looked at the floor again. Trying to fight tears, she closed her eyes.

[Vilkas]

"You look upset" Yuan said "I'm afraid I was never taught the... usual methods for comforting someone"
