Decker smiled, looking to Cosmo, "At least the pooch enjoys my company...perhaps you'll learn to do the same, lil' miss~."

He peered over the shoulders of the two mutants, seeing a male lying prone. "...don't suppose that guy's taking a nap?"

Erika looked up at Cosmo. "You like everybody." She whined. Suddenly licking Cosmo on the cheek, she laughed.

Decker nodded, moving out of the way for the two to pass him by, should they decide to use the exit he happened to be standing in. "Be my guest~."

Erika laughed harder, and fell off Cosmo's lap. Rolling on the floor, she continued to laugh. Gasping for air, she looked at Cosmo. "Check what out?" She asked him.

Decker pointed out the window to the male figure laying prone in the grass, "That would be the kid taking a nap...sleeping on one's face is probably perfectly legitimate."

Erika looked out the window, and gasped. "I didn't see him before." Looking at Cosmo, she made a sound so that he could see.

(The sound is a soft wailing sound, that isnt an ear peircing shriek.)

Erika stopped the sound, and looked at him. Placing her mind in his she said, 'Sorry. I forget, because to me, you are not blind.'

Hearing Deckers thoughts, she recoiled. "You don't have to be mean." She said.

Decker frowned to the female, "I'll stop being mean the moment you stop prodding through my thoughts, got that?" he snarled, sidestepping to allow Cosmo to step past him.

(As you can tell, he's easily annoyed, s'how I built him)

Erika followed Cosmo. "I can't help it. The professor has tried to teach me how to close my thoughts, but I haven't been successful." She told Decker. Running after Cosmo, she caught up, and grabbed his hand.

Decker rolled his eyes, letting the female pass him as well. After they both left, he walked into the room the two had just left, sitting at the couch and looking out the window, still watching the prone male.

Let's see what happens...

Erika saw the man laying in the grass, and wandered over. Careful not to touch him, she saw that he was all bloody. Placing her hands over his back, but still not touching, she activated her healing powers. Light came from her palms, and enveloped his body. Slowly the bleeding wounds closed, and the skin healed. As the light receded, Erika gasped, and nearly fell over from exhaustion.

Erika fell into him. "We need to get him to the hospital wing." Her voice weak. "I only healed him outside, I don't know if hes injured on the inside." She closed her eyes, and laid still.

Cosmo went to grab the man, but was electrocuted. He gasped in shock. The injury didn't feel to bad, but he still asked "how does it look Erika? We need to do something else to get him inside"

Decker watched Cosmo pull his hand away from the prone male, curious as to why the mere touch seemed to hurt the dog-like male. He leaned forward a bit in his seat, squinting his eyes and trying to see what else could potentially occur.

Erika opened her eyes, and shrieked. "Cosmo don't touch him." She said. Getting up, she felt weak, but was able to stand on her own. "He's electric." Going to Cosmo, she took his hand that he had used to touch the strange male with. Seeing a mild burn, she healed it for him. "You're lucky." Placing her thoughts into his head, she said, 'Any longer, and it could have stopped your heart.'

Decker, even from his seat far away from the male, jumped up a bit after seeing a blue arc travel along the male's body. "Jeez! The hell kind of mutation is that?!" he called to himself. He took a moment to regain his breath, regain his composure, and glare out the window once more, eager to see what was next.

X-Men: Innocence - Page 2 Empty Decker

Post  The Family God Sun Jun 24, 2012 12:38 am

Decker groaned, getting up from his seat, "This sitting around is just killing me!" he commented, mostly just to himself. He turned about, running over towards the kitchen.

Upon arrival, he started 'raiding' the shelves for something in particular. Sure enough, he eventually ran out of the kitchen not a minute later, putting on two rubber cleaning gloves.

He skidded to a halt next to the group, practically shoving Erika out of the way as he kneels down, "Move!" he snarled, moving his arms underneath the unconscious male. Grunting in effort, he was barely able to lift the male off the ground, shuffling/stumbling towards the building, "No, don't actually help me, that would be asking too much!" he commented sarcastically.

Cosmo ran to HQ, 'borrowed' a pair of rubber gloves from a mutant that he knew always did experiments, went back and helped Decker get the man inside.

Decker, using the added leverage that Cosmo was providing, helped carry the male into the living room he had been sitting in not two minutes ago. With a final strain of effort, he practically dropped the male onto the couch with a loud groan.

After catching his breath from the effort, he took a step back, pulling the rubber gloves off and looking to the male curiously. "What d'you suppose his story is?" he asked Cosmo neutrally.
