Kita

[Vilkas]

Kita's eyes were glued to the window, watching trees and people as they passed. Kita had a simple mind. He found pleasure in things people found trivial.

Aramil watched Kita in the rear view mirror and smiled, Just like a child... He will learn soon enough though. He sighed.

They still had a little ways to go till they would reach the venue.

[Vilkas]

Kita started fidgeting with his tail. He never liked being still for long.

Aramil pulled the car into the parking lot and into a free spot. Turning off the engine, Aramil stepped out of the car and stretched, "Well, we're here." He grabbed his briefcase and hat and closed his door. Opening Kita's door, he beckoned him out, "We're here Kita."

People on the sidewalk stared slightly when they saw Kita there with tail and ears. Aramil ignored them.

[Vilkas]

"Master, why do they stare at me Nya~?"

He just smiled, "Because your special, Kita. They're jealous of you."

[Vilkas]

"Is I supposed to see new people today, Nya~?" Kita asked.

[evan..relic]

"In a way, yes." Aramil smiled to Kita as he led him into the building. Almost immediately they were met by a gaggle of his fellow scientists, Aramil made sure to keep them away from Kita; Kita was his pride and joy and he was a possessive man at best.

Kita's ears were flattened and his tail's hair stood on end. Crowds made Kita very nervous.

Aramil managed to escape the crowd with Kita by dodging into a small lounge reserved for the presenters, "Well, that was...fun." He said sarcastically, "That's the first time I ever was rushed by a crowd." He chuckled.

[Vilkas]

"Master, why are there so many people Nya~?"

[evan..relic]

Putting a hand on Kita's shoulder, "It's because of you Kita. You are unique, you are special. How much do you remember of your birth?"
