Don't worry about it. I stayed up till 1 in the morning just in case I had to do damage control, the conversation ended quite quickly.

Oh, if you need help with dreams, just let me know, I've gotten rather good at picking dreams/nightmares apart and finding their meanings. Assuming, of course, that you remember them.

Speaking of dreams, I had one hell of a one two nights ago, and it's spawned a slew of ideas for a new 'book.'

That's cool.

My dream was stupid and I don't know why it upset me, but it did.

The world was a zombie apocalypse. My house was a sort of safe haven. My dad heard about someone that was still out there and needed to be saved. I went with him to the door, begging him not to go, but he did. The door didn't close and the zombies got in and I tried to call my dad back to save me but my voice was barely above a whisper. I turned to run to the bedrooms. That's when I woke up.

Well, the one thing that leaps out at me is the fear of being alone and being deserted. Also the fear of not being heard among everything going on around you. You're also afraid that once the person (symbolized as your dad) leaves, you won't be able to stem the flow of the outside world. You try to hide from it but are unsuccessful.

At least that's my take on it.

I don't think the zombie thing means anything. I get those nightmares whenever I watch a zombie movie or play a zombie game. Zombies have always scared me, I think the reason I'm dreaming about them now is because of that stupid drug.

Dreams are dreams, sometimes what you see in them have some bearing on your waking life or not. When I decipher dreams, I consider everything as important considering I'm not the person being 'analyzed' so I don't know what's the 'norm' for them.
