I just realized, in terms of D&D, I've become more a controller role than anything. I mean, I still have those leader qualities, but I've started edging into the controller role. This realization comes about from my noticing that my characters as of late seem to fit more into the controlling role; Winchell with his 'silver tongue' and Fyre... well, his Mancer origins leaves a little too much 'elbow room' for my changing things.

Oh lord, here we go. Ever since playing Obsidian/Hellfire (thanks aplenty, Justin, since I had to break my comfort zone to keep up with two sadists), I've been playing as characters that are either detrimental to the group (Decker, Till), or just too unique for the world they're in (Delta), with a few exceptions being characters/abilities I've never tried before (Maelstrom, Fendrel).

None of them, though, are really leaders...think that's my bane as a writer, actually, writing random characters (ugh, my attempts at Pinkie/Discord didn't work out so well) and leaders.

Yes, I understand Steph, and believe me I regret everything I did that hurt you back then. I truly hope that you find someone out there who *does* put you first, someone who takes you out on dates regularly, someone who makes you feel wanted. And if that means I step aside in order to let that someone do exactly that, then so be it.

Just...live a happy life for me, alright? Promise me that no matter what happens, you'll still treasure every day of your life.

Steph, don't worry 'bout me, suicide is the LAST thing on my mind (or at least it was, now it's 10th from last). Worst comes to worst, I just won't bother with looking for a partner for a good year or two, that's all. And even THAT isn't your fault, it's more of the paradigm shift I'm going through at home.

Not to bud in, but I usually have faith in people that even if they talk about suicide they won't do it, because hopefully they know that there's a lot of people in their life that will be hurt if they're gone, even if they don't realise it. So just remember that Nate.
