"So what exactly are we running from, anyways?"

[Vilkas]

Kyle was silent for a moment. He pulled out three photos from his pocket and said "these... monsters. The first, the... clawed ones. They're easy when alone, but they're never alone. The second, the ape-like one. They are usually alone, but one is enough. And the last one, the... human one. He is the worst of all"

Jack's right eyebrow went up as he quickly memorized the appearances of these three, "This place is like a damn horror movie." He muttered.

[Vilkas]

"It's worse" Kyle replied "The last one, he... knows you"

[evan..relic]

"What?" Jack looked at the picture, he didn't really know what to say.

[Vilkas]

"The moment that one sees you he... knows all your dirty little secrets. He knows your hopes. Dreams. Fears. Nightmares. He knows all"

Jack's skin crawled, "This is just getting better and better..." He muttered.

[Vilkas]

A window crashed open and Kyle yelled "Clawed monsters!"

Jack jumped backwards, "SHIT!" Drawing a pistol, he tried to plant a few bullets into the thing's head, but ended up getting one of the thing's claws through his foot, the claw piercing right through his boot, "SON OF A BITCH!" He yelled in pain.

In retaliation, he drew his rifle and let the beast have a rapid fire spray of bullet through the head. It slumped over dead, but it's claw still embedded in his foot.

[Vilkas]

Kyle went to Jack's aid and said "Keep them off my back while I fix you up"

"Fine!" He said as he squeezed the trigger, the bullet fired pierced two heads, he chuckled, "Well, that doesn't- Ow!" He grunted as Kyle started bandaging him up.

[Vilkas]

Suddenly, one of the big monsters burst through the wall! With a man on it's back!! The man wrestled with the beast before thrusting his pipe through it's head. Barely sparing a glance at Kyle and Jack the man began mercilessly killing the clawed monsters.

Jack watched the scene, "What. The. Shit?"

[Vilkas]

The man checked every creature to make sure it was dead, calmly tore off one of the clawed creatures hands, went over to the two men and said neutrally "The name's Greg. Grab one of their hands, it's good for piercing the big guys... so long as they don't break it first"

"Who the bloody hell are you?" Jack looked up at the man.

[Vilkas]

Greg stared down at him and said "Greg. As I said earlier"

((Jack's still a little scatterbrained from the pain. Also, sorry for the minor powerplay here.))

Jack grunted as Kyle tightened the bandage, "Good to meet you then Greg."

[Vilkas]

Greg poked the little guy with his severed hand, causing Kyle to yelp and hide behind Jack. Greg asked "who is he?" Kyle shivered and replied "A-A-Anders...."

Getting up, he tested his foot, minor burning and pain, but nothing he couldn't handle. Walking over to one of the big things, he twisted the wrist and using an interesting maneuver, tore the hand and claws off, "Damn, these things are bigger than that kukri I had once."

[Vilkas]

Greg played with his severed hand as he explained "I came here a week ago, ran out of bullets, and broke my pipe, so I did some experimenting and found out these guys claws are good against thick skulls"

[evan..relic]

"I can see why, christ." He admired the claw.

[Vilkas]

Kyle went to the hole in the wall and said "I hate to break up the nice moment, but our safehouse just broke. We need to go"

[evan..relic]

Jack shook his head, "Right. We have to get out before more of those show up."

[Vilkas]

Greg calmly walked through the hole and said "head for the church. It has the thickest walls" Kyle shivered as he replied "b-but doesn't the mind reader live there?" Greg turned back and said "yeah, but the moment the doors shut he has a rule that don't allow him to attack us: as long as the doors are shut Silent Hill can't 'come in' and he is 'no longer bound'"

Jack shivered, "This place is getting more and more fun..." He muttered, "If that's the case then, we had better move."

[Vilkas]

As they walked the streets, following Greg(whom Kyle hoped was leading them to the church and not just aimlessly wandering), Kyle couldn't help but feel unnerved by how calm Greg was. Whenever a monster crossed his path he would simply slash at it as he passed and keep walking.

Jack stayed paranoid as he followed Greg, he just couldn't shake the feeling that someone or something in this place had it in for him.

He had no idea...

((I'd better get started on his monster...))

[Vilkas]

They got to the church and Greg opened the doors, he shoved Kyle in and looked blankly at Jack. Kyle guessed that Greg would be giving a threatening glare at Jack if didn't have all the expressions of a tomestone.

((I won't. That was a disaster.))

Jack slowly and calmly walked into the church.

[Vilkas]

Greg shut the door and pulled a bench in front of it.

"Tisk tisk Greggy-boy! that's cheating"

A voice rang in the church. Kyle hid under a bench, but Greg simply replied "It doesn't go against your rules. The door is closed so leave us be"
