Magic is a side effect of incurable and fatal illnesses. That's how it is, and forever how it shall be. But something terrible is happening. More and more people are gaining the ability to use magic, and the government isn't doing anything to try and stop this epidemic. Will anyone get to the bottom of this problem? Or is the world doomed?

Notes
1) I got the idea after playing Eternal Sonata XD
2) Magic can range from healing to attacking, or even mind reading. But you can only have one type, a mind reader can't use healing or attack magic
