*sigh* today was shitty. not feeling weel, to the point where i actually threw up. signed out of school early. decided to do my driver training online. im hungry but dont feel like eating. im hoping my family isnt going to be difficult this weekend.

I hate family get togethers, especially when i am the only kid at these events.

yep. cause thats all i do, is complain. according to my stupid family. *sigh* it doesnt matter. soon i will be living on my own,and they cant do shit about it, or tell me what i can or cant do. my family pisses me off, and the way they have been acting is making me kinda hate them. they arent being a family, they are being selfish asses. then again how would i know what family is, when i havent really had a family to begin with.

well i just got told by my mom that i have a fever. but that me being sick is from my allergies playing havoc with my body. great. and here i thought it was either stress, or some major illness. well thankfully its not serious, and that if i rest, drink more water, and take allergy meds, i wont be sick. now all i have to do, is work on decreasing my stress levels so i dont stress others out.

Just be careful, reducing one's stress can inadvertently increase the stress levels of those around the person.

Meditation is best done in conjunction with another stress-relieving activity for optimum results in my experience. Personally, I use a custom blend of yoga, meditation and taekwondo.
